- What are cookies?
A "cookie" is a small file sent by the Immotokens server and stored on the hard drive of your computer. The information stored in these cookies can only be read by us and only for the duration of the visit to the Platform.
- Why do we use cookies?
Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish your usage preferences from those of other users of our Website. This helps us to provide you with a better user experience when you visit our Website and also allows us to optimise our Website.
- Types of cookies
Although there are different types of cookies, distinguished by their functionality, origin or retention period, the legislation mainly distinguishes between functional or technically necessary cookies on the one hand and all other cookies on the other.
Immotokens uses the following "functional or necessary" cookies for which your prior consent is not required:
- Necessary cookies enable users to navigate around a website and use its functions.

- Performance cookies collect data about the use of a website such as the number of visitors, time spent on a webpage and error messages. Amongst others, we use Google Analytics (which collects anonymous data about the use of our website and compiles visitor statistics - how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps).
- Advertising cookies allow a website to send personalised advertising messages. Our websites use e.g. DoubleClick (collects data on page views and advertisements, and can create a user profile. This is done in principle anonymously unless the user identifies himself through his Google account).
With regard to cookies placed by third parties (e.g. Google Analytics), we refer you to the statements these parties provide on their respective websites. Please note that we do not exert any influence on the content of these statements, nor on the content of the cookies of these third parties.
- Your consent
When you first visit our Website, you will be asked to accept our different types of cookies. You can allow or refuse cookies category by category. You can at any time change the cookie settings for our Website via the hyperlink at the bottom of our website and thus revoke your consent.
